Bordeaux | AOC Bordeaux
M Bordeaux Blanc is carefully vinified by the Château Magnol winemakers team. The wine style is moderne, adapted to a new way of enjoying Bordeaux Blanc, more approachable and trendy.
Grape varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon
Tasting notes: Bright, pale yellow color. Fine nose with lots of fresh white and exotic fruits (pear, quince, pineapple, passion fruit) combined to delicate white flowers notes. Lively and crisp on the palate with volume on the middle palate and a long refreshing and fruity (citrus) aftertaste.
Seafood, fish dishes, sushis or as an aperitive. Best served between 10°C and 12°C.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C (50-54°F)
Winemaking: Skin contact maceration – low temperature fermentation, with a small part of wine ageing in new oak barrels.
Soil: Sandy soil layered with gravel and crumbled limestone.
Climate: Oceanic, mild and humid.
Aging: Between 3 and 6 months of ageing in new oak barrels with stirring.
Sugar levels: < 1 g/l
