The wine has bright pale lemon core with brilliant reflection.
The nose is open and expressive with notes of ripe red apple, peach and pear, followed by light floral notes of acacia and crème fraîche notes in the background.The palate is dry with fine texture and well-balanced oak.
I would serve this with pan seared rainbow trout, with wild garlic and lemon butter.
