A rich wine that strikes a good balance among tropical fruits, acids and a dry botrytis core. It shows notes of sice and honey, with apricot juice acidity. This is ready to drink.

Irish Examiner Weekend - Blake Creedon (Ireland) November 2011
"The exception proves the rule - an eminently affordable Sauternes delivering all that delicious succulent concentrated semillon. And do note that unlike most of its peers, that price is for the full bottle.
(Independant wineshops at around €20).

Buying guide rating: 86"Ripe, rich wine from a great Sauternes year. It has sweetness, but this is tempered with a fine layer of dry botrytis, dried fruits and nutmeg. The texture opens out to a fresh finish."
