Tasting notes: Colour: Deep red color with blue highlights.
Nose: Intense nose of forest fruit, cherry, violet and white pepper.
Palate: Full palate with elegant tannins. Refreshing and liquorice notes on the finish.
Food matches: Perfect with charcuterie, poultry, duck breast and creamy cheeses (Saint Marcelin).
Best served between 16°C and 18°C / 60°F and 65°F.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C (61-65°F)
Soil: Clay limestone soil with small gravels. Gentle slopes, East-West oriented.
Climate: Oceanic and temperate climate.
