Tasting notes:

Brilliant garnet red colour. Fruit driven nose developing wild strawberry and redcurrant aromas with delicate coffee and toasty notes. Harmonious, fine and elegant, offering a round structure and a fruity finish.

Food matches:

Red or white meat, pasta dishes, poultry or strong cheese. Serve at 14-16°C

Chardonnay 

Tasting notes:

Light straw yellow colour. Complex and elegant nose with ripe fruity aromas and delicate citrus floral hints. Fruit driven, fresh attack, with a round structure and notes of butter and peach. Well balanced, long and rich finish.

Food matches:

Smoked salmon, seafood, as an aperitif with tapas. Best between 10 - 12°C.

As an aperitif, with seafood, grilled fish and goat cheese.
Best between 10°C and 12°C.
