It is a tradition in France to meet at the local bistro to relax, socialize, drink wine and dine in a casual friendly setting. Bistro Pinot Noir have all the right qualities of good bistro wines: simple, delicious, fun to drink, and excellent with lots of different foods and flavors!

The grapes for Bistro Pinot Noir come from vineyards in Languedoc Roussillon and Corsica (Ile de Beauté). The rather cool temperatures help the grapes to develop rich fruit-focused wines.

Tasting notes:

Purple red color. Intense aromas of fresh red cherry fruits with spicy hints, tobacco and coffee notes. Long cherry pie and vanilla flavours magnified by a hint of spices (curry). Rich and full-bodied with supple tannins and a long silky aftertaste.

Food matches:Friendly dishes (tapas), tomato based dishes, spicy food, Mediterranean dishes, paella, white or red meat, risotto, grilled tuna, chocolate-based desserts. Best served between 14 °C and 16°C (57-61°F).

100% Sauvignon Blanc

Tasting notes:Pale straw yellow colour with green reflections. Flattering nose with strong aromas of pink grapefruit and exotic fruits. Lively on the palate, explosion of fruit with a nice freshness and a lemony finish. Food matches: Perfect to enjoy alone as an aperitif, with seafood and grilled fish. To be served between 10°C and 12°C.
