Classification:sparkling wine - Vin Mousseux Grape varieties:

100% Chardonnay

Tasting notes:

Straw yellow color with golden highlights. Fine and regular bubbles. Intense and perfumed, dominated by fruity aromas (peach, apricot). Flattering citrus notes appear when agitated. Fine and elegant on the palate. Upheld by a good acidity, this flavourfull well-balanced wine has a long and refreshing finish dominated by white fruits. An enjoyable wine!

Food matches:

Ideal as an aperitif or with a dessert
Best between 5°C and 6°C / 41°F and 43°F. Easy drinking wine, fresh and pleasant. Enjoyable anytime, anywhere!

B&G Crémant de Bordeaux

Classification:AOC Crémant de Bordeaux Contrôlée Grape varieties:

60% Cabernet Franc, 40% Sémillion

Tasting notes:

Beautiful pale yellow colour with brilliant reflections, its fine bubbles reveal a foam that is both light and persistent.

On the nose it develops aromas of white flesh fruits and citrus enhanced by brioche and vanilla notes.

On the palate it is powerful with a nice balance where freshness and smoothness mix. The long and elegant finish is obtained thanks to a careful ageing and a unique liquor, which illustrate the know how of Barton & Guestier.

Food matches:

Aperitif, fruit and chocolate based desserts.

Best served between 6°C and 8°C.

Tasting notes:

Bright salmon-pink with a fine, delicate mousse. Aromatic nose, with strawberry, raspberry and gentle spice aromas. Rich, fresh cherry and gentle spice aromas lead to a pure, mouthful of freshly picked forest fruits.
