Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc

Tasting notes:Brilliant purple red colour with a good intensity. Nice bouquet of ripe raspberry and cherry mixed with some elegant black pepper and cinnamon hints. Good balance with harmonious tannins and a long fruity finish. Food matches:Grilled meat, pâté and cheese – Between 16°C and 18°C.

Tasting notes:

Deep and brilliant purple red colour.

Complex and rich, combining nice black currant aromas with hints of mint, liquorice and flattering toasty notes.

Well balanced, harmonious with a long fruity and spicy finish.

Food matches:

Red meat, barbecue, strong cheese – Between 16°C and 18°C. Elegant wine, fruity, with a good texture. Ideal with red meat.

 Can age a couple of years in a cellar.

Tasting notes:Deep ruby red colour. Fruit driven with ripe red berries (redcurrant, raspberry) and delicate aromas of cocoa and tobacco. Well balanced, with smooth tannins and long fruity aromas. Food matches:Pâté, red meat, white meat, cheese – To be served between 16°C and 18°C.
