Tasting notes:

A deep red colour. A fruity, peppery bouquet; round and silky tannins on the palate, combined with rich fruiy flavours.

Food matches:

Patés, grilled meat, cheese
Serve at 16-18°C

Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting notes:

Deep and brilliant purple red colour.

Complex and rich, combining nice black currant aromas with hints of mint, liquorice and flattering toasty notes.

Well balanced, harmonious with a long fruity and spicy finish.

Food matches:

Red meat, barbecue, strong cheese – Between 16°C and 18°C. Elegant wine, fruity, with a good texture. Ideal with red meat.

 Can age a couple of years in a cellar.

Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting notes:

Garnet red colour with orange highlights. The bouquet is rich and complex, revealing ripe fruit and hints of menthol and spice. On the palate, the wine is well-balanced with red fruit flavors, soft tannins and a long spicy aftertaste.

Patés, poultry, cheese
Serve at 16-18°C
