In France, the local bistro is where folks go to relax, socialize, drink wine and dine in a casual, friendly setting.

Our Sauvignon Blanc has all the right qualities of a good bistro wine: it is simple, delicious, fun to drink, and pairs well with lots of different foods and flavors.

Grape varieties: Sauvignon Blanc

Tasting notes: Pale straw yellow colour with green reflections. Flattering nose with strong aromas of pink grapefruit and exotic fruits. Lively on the palate, explosion of fruit with a nice freshness and a lemony finish.

Food matches: Perfect to enjoy alone as an aperitif, with seafood and grilled fish. To be served between 10°C and 12°C.

Serving temperature: 10-12°C (50-54°F)

Winemaking: Vinification process dedicated to Sauvignon Blanc to enhance the aromas: selection of yeasts – 12 hours on average for contact with the skin – gentle pressing of the berries – alcoholic fermentation at low temperature (18°C)

Soil: Gravel
Climate: Oceanic, warm and humid
Aging: Ageing on fine lees with light mixing.
Sizes available: 75cl
