Tasting notes:
Intense and brilliant salmon-pink color. Seductive nose dominated by raspberry, cherry and redcurrant aromas. Fruit driven with wild strawberries and cherry notes when agitated. Soft and smooth on the palate developing aromas of small red berries. Well balanced with a long refreshing aftertaste.
Food matches:
Aperitif, salads, exotic food, sushi.
Best served between 8°C and 10°C (46-50°F).
Serving temperature: 5-8°C (41-46°F)
Winemaking: To produce this very aromatic Rosé, our winemakers chose a short maceration period (for a few hours); an alcoholic fermentation at low temperature and cooling of the wines to stop fermentation and leave residual sugar.
Soil: Limestone with schist.
Climate: Oceanic climate, mild with low temperature variations.
Aging: Cooling the wine in vats to stop the fermentation and leave residual sugar.
