Rich Syrah and velvety Grenache…
What a nice dark ruby colour with little evolution. Very delicate nose of red fruit jam with vanilla, kirsch, clove, laurel aromas. Quite complex and very pleasant already.Impressive mouthfeel showing generous alcohol, soft but rich tannins, lots of flavours with liquorice, cigar box, cherry and smoky notes as main characteristics.
The blend 292 is a typical south of France red from the Rhône valley with rich Syrah and velvety Grenache.
Drink now to 2027.
A dish suggestion would be a veal chop grilled with rosemary herbs and served with a flavourful ratatouille.
