Winemaking in a historic winegrowing area

When the Irishman Thomas Barton arrived in France in 1725, he settled in the historic winegrowing area of Bordeaux. For more than 250 years Barton & Guestier has proved its expertise in this region.

In 1919, Barton & Guestier created Prince Noir which is still a worldwide bestseller today. For many consumers 1725 Bordeaux Reserve is and will stay a flagship.

All Barton & Guestier's historical brands are produced with respect for traditional methods and have their own true character, which make them an ideal accompaniment to everyday meals.
