ORIGINEL is the 1st French wine made with organically grown grapes,
under Barton & Guestier signature, reflecting the philosophy of
Barton & Guestier's environmentally-conscious commitment to future
generations!
To encourage sustainability of the ecosystem and preserve the "terroir"
expression, which remains the French signature, the Barton & Guestier
winemakers team has selected 2 wines in outstanding French organic
vineyards:
- from the Languedoc: ORIGINEL MERLOT
- from the Loire Valley : ORIGINEL SAUVIGNON
BLANC
These Premium wines are elegant and fruit driven and
certified by Ecocert. The French logo AB (Agriculture
Biologique) guarantees the organic origin.
The packaging is pure and authentical, respecting
the environment!
During one year and every month, from July 2009 to June 2010,
consumers can win an energy saving box by sharing their every
day action to preserve the environment with consumers worldwide. More

July 2009 : Mr. J.P. Texier - France : I drive
an electric car for 10 years already.
August 2009 : Mme Gaubert - France : Save 50 % of
energy by cooking pasta only during 4 minutes in boiling water on an electric
plate. Then turn off the plate, cover and leave the pasta for 4 minutes on the
hot plate.
September 2009: Mrs. O'hara - Ireland : I collect
and use the rainwater to keep my garden green.
October 2009: Mr. Ken Kelly - Ireland : I switch off
and disconnected all electrical equipment to avoid spending energy for all kind
of stand by buttons !
November 2009: Mrs. Verhulst - Netherlands:
I refuse plastic bags and do not use them any
more.
December 2009: Mr. Van der Valk -
Netherlands: I stopped using my car as much
as possible. My bicycle is perfect!

2010: Mr. Doux -France:
Stop printing e-mails and if necessary, use both sides of the
paper.
February 2010: Ms. Andraud - France: Use
videoconference! Saves money and nature!
March 2010: Mr. Vandamme - Belgium: I
share my car with two colleagues. It takes some organisation, but it 's
worth it!
April 2010: Ms. Laboudrie - France: Je
composte mes épluchures de légumes au fond de mon jardin pour en faire du
terreau.
May 2010: Mr. Furlong - Ireland: I
have changed all the light bulbs in our house for low energy light
bulbs.
