Bistro wines in the USA

It is a tradition in France to meet at the local bistro to relax,
socialize, drink wine and dine in a casual friendly setting. The Bistro
varietals, consisting of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, have all
the right qualities of good bistro wines : simple, delicious, fun to drink, and
excellent with lots of different foods and flavors!
The Bistro Pinot Noir is soft and round on the palate and
chock full of ripe, wild berry flavors and aromas that culminate in a long
supple finish. The location of the vineyards at high altitude with a wide
temperature range between warm days and cool nights is ideal for the maturation
of Pinot Noir.
The Bistro Chardonnay is round and creamy. The wine
offers intense aromas of white peach and crisp apple with hints of hazelnut and
vanilla on the finish. In making this wine, low-yield vines are carefully
selected and hand-tended with minimal interference, allowing for the natural
ripening of the grapes.
The Bistro Cabernet Sauvignon shows bright plum and
black currant aromas accompanied by distinctive notes of vanilla. Ripe tannins
in the wine lead to a long, velvety finish. The distinct soils from the
different vineyard sources add complexity and richness to the wine.
